Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged product.
Once we review your claim, we will work with you to repair, replace, or otherwise service the damaged product as appropriate.
Please note that damage caused by misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage after delivery is not covered.
